The Perfect Garden Tool System tools are guaranteed for life.  If one ever fails we will send you a replacement.  Please email a photograph of the broken tool to Support@PerfectGardenTool.com, along with your name, address, and telephone number. You can also mail your photograph and contact information to:
  Please be sure to include your telephone number so that we can contact you if there are any problems with your replacement request. There is no need to return the broken part.
