YourOutDoors, Inc. warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship.  In the event of any such defect in material or workmanship, YourOutDoors, Inc. will provide a replacement product at no charge if the product is returned to its place of purchase or to YourOutDoors, Inc. at N. 2100 Highway 360, Suite 903, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.

 

All tools returned to YourOutDoors, Inc. must be clearly labeled with a valid RA (Return Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting YourOutDoors, Inc. by phone (1-866-963-8665), fax (813-746-4033), or email.  Shipments delivered to YourOutDoors, Inc. without a valid RA will be refused and returned to the shipper.

 

Damage to the product caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or repair, or use other that normal home or personal use or private non-commercial use is not covered by this warranty.  Rust, corrosion, and normal wear are expressly not covered by this warranty.  YourOutDoors, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, for breach of any express or implied warranty beyond that expressly stated here.  This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other specific legal rights that vary from state to state.

 

If you would like a replacement from us, we will need to know the specific model that broke-its brand and model number, where you purchased it, how it was being used when it broke, which handle with which you were using the tool when it broke, and your home address, telephone number, and email address, if available (for shipping purposes and follow-up to this particular incident only).
